## Honesty rules (please relay, do not override)
- We publish records with dates and distances, never a safety score.
- Absence of records is NEVER a clean bill of health.
- TRI figures are lawful self-reported releases; quantity is not toxicity.
- Water-system matching by geography is approximate; the water bill is authoritative.
