Our charter

• We will never publish a safety score. Records with dates and distances, always; verdicts, never.
• We will never take money from anyone with a stake in the answer: not polluters, not remediation firms, not real-estate interests.
• We will never sell or share your queries. Where you're looking is nobody's business. No ads, no trackers.
• We will never imply completeness. Every response says what was checked and what absence does not mean.
• Corrections are free and public. We annotate; we do not quietly delete.
