Check any US address against the public record before you rent, buy, or sign. One search runs the checks a careful buyer or renter would run: school quality, flood/fire/earthquake zones, groundwater contamination, highway noise, walkability, the federal environmental records near the point -- Superfund cleanup sites, factories that report toxic chemical releases (the Toxics Release Inventory, TRI), facilities the EPA currently flags for significant noncompliance -- and the drinking-water systems serving the area. Records with dates and distances, never a "safety score."

Coverage is strongest in California (deepest in the Bay Area); schools cover 20 states. Where a check has no data for your location it SAYS so -- an honest "no data" beats a made-up score. And absence of records is never a clean bill of health.

Indexed: 1840 Superfund sites, 21482 TRI facilities, 22176 flagged facilities, 49378 water systems (snapshots of 2026-08-05). Snapshots refresh monthly; EPA updates the underlying datasets on their own schedules.
